Of course, get a certificate to sign freeware is a way, but how to get a certificate? All right, there are more ways to get a certificate. For example OPDA, Register an account at OPDA. It’s in Chinese, but check the photo below to make it easier for you.
2. Apply for certificate here. Enter your IMEI in the first form. You can get this by entering *#06# into your phone.
On the second box, enter last 9 numbers of your mobile number and place 13, 15 or 18 before them. EXAMPLE: If your phone number is +44 20 12345678, then you type 18012345678. Press the submit button.
After a few hours, check the My Certificates section for the cer and key files. You will need both to sign your apps.
Use SignSIS to sign the unsigned app using the Certificate and key files you just downloaded. You don’t need to enter anything for the key box.
That’s it! Your app is now signed and can be installed. From now on, you only need to do when you find more unsigned apps.
There is another way to solve this problem. Download HelloOX2 and install it. The HelloOX2 app will hack your phone, then you will have no problem to install all freewares without certificate, or certificate expired. I strongly recommend this way to solve.

Step 1. Open the X-plore app, copy the strat-up screen file into a folder, for example copy the Startup.mbm file into C:/. The Startup.mbm file is default.
Step2. Copy the “Startup.mif”,”Startup.r158″, “Startup.r30″ and  ”Startup.r31″ files from  Z:\resource\apps\ folder into C:\resource\apps\.
Step3. Copy Z:\private\10202BE9\101F8763.txt file into C:\private\10202BE9\.
Step4. Find and edit the C:\private\10202BE9\101F8763.txt file, than find Z:\\resource\\apps\\Startup.mbm code and change to your path of you saved the strat-up screen file just now. For example I saved Startup.mbm at C:/. So you change it C:\\Startup.mbm.
Step5. Ddit finished and save it. Restart your phone.
How to change the sound? It’s as much as way,  Step4. find “Z:\\data\\Startup_tone.aac” code and change to your path of you saved the sounds file just now.
